Platform will use your email, phone and address to contact your regarding your account. The Support Platform and e3Business, LLC do not engage in SMS marketing. Your phone number will only be used to contact you in follow up to your request. You can reply to any such text with “STOP” to discontinue any future attempts to contact you. Should The Support Platform or e3Business, LLC engage in SMS marketing in the future, you will receive an SMS text to opt-in to receiving marketing texts.
Payment information is passed to our payment gateway to process your payment. The last four digits of your credit card number and expiration date are retained by our site to use for reference and to notify you if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment. Platform practice support site administrators and practice administrators can see and edit personal information.
Platform will not sell or provide your personal information to third parties.
We believe that the software we use to maintain the Platform site is free of spyware or malicious code that would compromise your personal information. We will contact you if we become aware that the software we use compromises your personal information.

Platform does not allow users to upload images. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
