Consulting
The following services and prices are for small, independent practices with fewer than five providers and no more than two locations. If your practice is larger than five providers, has more than two locations, or if you need customized services, please contact e3Business for pricing.
Practice Review
- A “quick look” at your practice or practice business plan to provide another perspective for strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.
- Includes a practice questionnaire with a follow-up discussion (up to one hour), a written summary with recommendations and a second follow-up discussion (up to one hour).
- Requires execution of an e3Business Consulting Agreement.
- Practice Review: $500
Business Plan
- A formatted business plan that provides the “nuts and bolts” of your practice and its development, including a pro forma of practice performance.
- Includes the Practice Review that is developed into a written business plan including: Executive Summary, The Business, Market Analysis, Marketing, Services and Operations, Risks, Finances and Conclusion.
- Subscribers who have already completed a Practice Review in the past sixty days should choose “Purchase Business Plan sans Review.”
- Requires execution of an e3Business Consulting Agreement.
- Business Plan (with Practice Review): $2,500
- Business Plan (without Practice Review): $2,000
Consulting Hours
- e3Business, LLC also offers customizable consulting solutions.
- Consulting hours can be purchased in one or five hour increments.
- Consulting hours must be scheduled within 30 days and used within 45 days.
- Requires execution of an e3Business Consulting Agreement.
- Consulting Rate: $200 per hour or $900 per five hours
- Custom rates available upon request.
