Please following this process for the Practice Review:

  • Review the Medical Practice Systems Overview page (CLICK HERE)
    • Answer each question to the extent possible.
    • Note any questions/issues.
    • Refer to the Systems Overview graphic for ideas.
  • Schedule a call (up to 60 minutes) to review questions. (CLICK HERE TO EMAIL)
    • The answers, questions and issues from the questionnaire will be reviewed.
    • Additional information may be requested.
  • Review the summary of the practices strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats provided.
  • Schedule a second call (up to 60 minutes) to review the summary (CLICK HERE TO EMAIL)

A Practice Review needs to be completed within 30 days of the first phone call.
