TSP Staff Hub
Central to e3Business’ Remote Management is the TSP Staff Hub, an online repository of practice information and resources customized for each practice’s specific needs. The TSP Staff Hub provides staff access to the most current office forms, handouts, and documents. Below, the “SFM Forms” tab in the top menu provides access to stationary, fax covers, front desk forms, back office forms, and check out forms. The “SFM Info” tab provides access to basic practice information (vendor contact list, office signs, contact numbers), information related to scheduling patients; (scheduling considerations, script for MVAs and workers comp, updated schedules); and marketing material, (brochures, handouts, articles).

The options along the left menu are for internal use, such as policies and training, IT security updates, Admin updates, HR forms, and CEUs available to staff. The TSP Staff Hub can be adapted to meet the needs of the practice. It can provide access to all on-boarding documents for staff, with secure copies of completed forms sent to the multiple office emails and the staff member to ensure record retention. Office compliance can be improved by providing a one-stop shop for documenting notices for HIPAA, OSHA, IT and other compliance areas–and staff can be required to document that they have received, reviewed, and are accountable for the information.
While the TSP Staff Hub centralizes information, the ability to share completed forms with multiple recipients helps to address the potential single point of failure often present with a traditional office manager approach to management. The TSP Staff Hub also allows staff to complete more tasks with less direction and provides a cost-effective alternative to the traditional office manager approach.
