Practice Review

  • A “quick look” at your practice or practice business plan to provide another perspective for strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.
  • Includes a practice questionnaire with a follow-up discussion (up to one hour), a written summary with recommendations and a second follow-up discussion (up to one hour).

Business Plan

  • A formatted business plan that provides the “nuts and bolts” of your practice and its development, including a pro forma of practice performance, (available with Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscriptions).
  • Includes the Practice Review that is developed into a written business plan including: Executive Summary, The Business, Market Analysis, Marketing, Services and Operations, Risks, Finances and Conclusion.
  • Subscribers who have already completed a Practice Review in the past sixty days should choose “Purchase Business Plan sans Review.”
